You've landed! Welcome to Aylestone Athletic RFC!

This is our main website where you can find out information on our current activities.

We recommend following our Facebook and/or Instagram pages for more updates on training, social events and matches.

Our current activities are listed below:

Men's Team Training

We host training sessions on our winter training ground of Beaumont Park, every Wednesday at 7.30 pm until 8.30 pm (Click here for a location). If you want to come along, let us know by dropping us a message on our contact form and speaking to our recruitment officer .

We will continue to host training here at this same location until the we change to our summer venue at our home ground of Victoria Park at the end of the season. For confirmation of venues and times, please do feel free to drop one of our committee a message through our contact page.

There is no sign up fee & no obligation to sign any contracts. If you decide to stick around and join the club long term we do have match day fees and memberships available. Don't worry about these for now though, we wont be asking for them too quickly.

We just want people to come along have fun, and be part of our rugby family.

Match days

Home match days will take place at our HQ - The Old Horse (Click here for a location). We don't charge people to come and watch, and you can even bring a beer over to watch!

Touch Rugby

At the moment, our touch rugby is not currently active, as we were not able to secure a winter venue this year, but we will be restarting this in the spring.

For those wanting to play Touch Rugby, we host Touch rugby through our sister organisation, the Leicester Outlaws in the same location on Victoria Park during the Summer on Tuesdays 7 pm till 8 pm. More information on this can be found on our Facebook page here.

You first session is free, and it's just £2 to play after that. It is mixed teams, so Women, Men and Children are welcome to come down and play (we recommend children are aged +12 and supervised). There are no ability requirements you need to follow, so those who are new, or still finding their feet, are welcome to come along and try it out. Just bring some water, and some trainers or boots.
